Account Basics

●I just signed up and haven't received an activation email - what do I do?

If you have not received your account activation email, please check your junk/spam folders to ensure that it was not filtered. If you are unable to locate the email in your spam folder, please contact us.

●How can I reset/change my password?

You can either change or reset your password. Only a signed in user can change their password, otherwise it will need to be reset.

First, to change your password you'll need to do so in your Dashboard. Please follow the steps below to rest your password:

1. Go to your Dashboard

2. Go into your Account Settings

3. Scroll down to your password section to change your password

To reset your password you will need to do the following:

1. Select the password reset option when signing in

2. Check your email for your rest password link

3. Follow the outlined steps in the email to reset your password.

●How do I Cancel my Subscription?

In order to cancel your Pixpx subscription, you'll need to first log into your account. Then click on your circular profile picture in the top right corner of the page to activate the drop-down menu. Scroll down and click on the Dashboard link.

In your dashboard click on “Payments History” in the left-hand navigation bar, then click on “Payments History”.

Go to the “Payments History” section and click on the text link to "more". Then go to the "Your subscription" page Once you have clicked "Cancel subscription" you’ll be prompted with a pop-up, with options to cancel your plan.
